Ginger Ragaishis is a passionate youth advocate, author, and speaker who inspires children, teens, and adults to embrace their unique strengths and overcome the “invisible limits” we often place on ourselves. Diagnosed with a learning disability in third grade, Ginger understands first-hand how hidden challenges can shape a person’s journey — and she uses her story to encourage others to persevere.

As founder of the Defying Limits initiative, she works to break down stigma around learning differences and build communities of acceptance and empowerment. Through her writing, speaking, and mentorship, Ginger aims to uplift and support those who feel unseen.
